We’re hiring a
Senior Project Manager
to lead high‑end landlord projects and specialty commercial interiors across the Bay Area. This senior, client‑facing role oversees fast‑paced, design‑driven interior fit‑outs from pre‑construction through close‑out.
What You’ll Do
Lead the full project lifecycle for commercial interiors and landlord scope work.
Drive project strategy, scheduling, logistics, and contract/vendor coordination.
Communicate proactively with clients, designers, and consultants.
Manage budgets, cost tracking, procurement, RFIs, change orders, and close‑out.
Mentor APMs, superintendents, and field teams while promoting safety and quality.
Requirements
15-20 years of commercial interiors project management experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Commercial Interiors.
Background spanning both design and construction roles.
Proven success managing multiple complex, fast‑paced projects.
Strong leadership and client‑facing communication skills.
Expertise in budgeting, scheduling tools, and field operations.
OSHA 30 certification; based in the Bay Area for regular on‑site work.
Base pay range: $120,000.00–$130,000.00 per year. Salary based on skills and experience; discuss with recruiter.
