is seeking a primary care physician to join our dynamic Geriatrics and Palliative Care Team.
Who Are You?
BC Internal or Family Medicine, CAQ or fellowship training in Geriatrics a plus
Passionate about teamwork, teaching and high quality patient centered care
What You’ll Do:
Variety of practice options: Inpatient on our ACE unit at Kent Hospital or
Outpatient primary care and consultative practice located adjacent to Kent Hospital with option for 25% inpatient
Patient population: Older adults
Scope of practice: primary care, cognitive evaluations, pre-operative geriatric assessment through our Geriatric Surgery Verification program, opportunity to participate in our e-consult service
Collaborate on system wide Age Friendly initiatives
