Field Leaders oversee multiple restaurant locations, partner with restaurant managers and run a great operation. What You’ll Bring To The Table
A friendly, enthusiastic attitude Business knowledge (P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, staffing…) Ability to foster a food safety first culture Passion for team development and leading through others A laser‑like focus on the guest experience The ability to train and validate employees on key operational elements A team player who can jump in and assist when needed Previous multi‑unit restaurant experience Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
PAY TRANSPARENCY Pay range is $79,000 – $109,000 depending on skill level, experience and/or education. Compensation offered is also subject to local wage and hour laws.
