Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Leominster, MA. As part of the Optum Care Delivery team, you will help us make healthcare better for everyone by providing comprehensive, patient‑centered care in a collaborative, value‑based environment.
Responsibilities
Provide primary care across the continuum, focusing on value‑based care.
Collaborate with specialists, behavioral health providers, and allied health professionals.
Screen and manage patients in a team‑based environment with fewer patients per day and longer visits.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records using our award‑winning EMR system.
Participate in quality improvement, practice development, and community outreach initiatives.

Required Qualifications
BC/BE in Family Practice.
Unlimited licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
Active DEA license.
Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000 annually (total cash compensation at target). Compensation includes base salary and bonus components variable based on experience and performance metrics. Benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contributions.
