Position Highlights
Join a team of 3 Urologists and 1 APC Urologist
Access to two XI DaVinci Robots
Surgical cases performed at Everett, Edmonds, and Arlington ASCs; inpatient care at Providence
Flexible scheduling options, including a 4‑day workweek
Shared community call with Providence (1:6, moving to 1:8 when fully staffed)
20‑28 patient visits per day on average
14 procedure patients per day
Appointment templates: 30 min for new visits / 15 min for follow‑ups
Epic EMR with DAX AI
1:1 MA support; RNs float between providers and manage chemo/injections
General Urology practice serving all sexes
Cases Seen
General Urology for both men and women
Procedures include nephrectomy, urinary diversions, and endourology
Sub‑specialization not available—must be open to a broad range of cases
Primary Responsibilities
Diagnose, treat, and manage patients using evidence‑based practices and current standards of care
Provide clear education and counseling to patients and families
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
Communicate effectively and respectfully with physicians, staff, and multidisciplinary team members
Coordinate care across specialties and services
Uphold ethical principles regarding confidentiality, informed consent, and adverse outcomes
Demonstrate accountability, flexibility, and resilience in a dynamic environment
Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and educational opportunities as needed

Required Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completion of Urology Residency
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
Unrestricted Washington State medical license, or ability to obtain prior to employment
Current BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in an ASC environment
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $384,000 – $672,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
