Position Highlights

Collaborative group of Neonatologists providing 24/7 in‑house coverage

Advanced therapies including HFOV, HFJV, inhaled nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia

On‑site pediatric surgery and cardiology support

Nurse‑led neonatal transport team

Single‑family room NICU model

No newborn nursery coverage required
