About Snorkel At Snorkel, we believe meaningful AI doesn’t start with the model, it starts with the data. We’re on a mission to help enterprises transform expert knowledge into specialized AI at scale. The AI landscape has evolved dramatically—from a 2015 research project in Stanford’s AI Lab to today’s generative AI breakthroughs—yet the data you use to build AI remains the key to differentiation, high performance, and production‑ready systems. We partner with some of the world’s largest organizations, empowering scientists, engineers, financial experts, product creators, journalists, and more to build custom AI faster than ever before.

Proven leadership skills: coach, mentor, and scale a team while fostering accountability and excellence.

Operational mindset with a track record of driving process improvements on complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.

Excellent communication skills for articulating project status, risks, and solutions to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Proactive problem‑solving ability, resourceful in resolving challenges and managing ambiguity.

Adaptability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments where priorities evolve quickly.

Bonus Points For

Experience working in data, AI/ML, or enterprise SaaS environments.
