We are seeking a District Manager/Supervisor with restaurant or equivalent experience to join our management team. Qualifications

College degree and at least 3 years of experience as a District Manager or Multi‑unit operator in the restaurant industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Strong talent and performance‑management skills Solid financial analysis skills Clean driving record and clean criminal record Responsibilities

Oversee operations for five to seven restaurant units, leading the restaurant management teams to drive sales and profitability and developing the professional abilities of unit management staff. Ensure all business processes are enforced regarding financial controls, operation standards, policies and procedures, ensuring a positive experience for customers and a positive work environment for employees.
