Overview Blue Yonder is seeking an experienced Offer Manager to drive the definition and operationalization of commercial offers for software products and solutions. This role ensures that pricing, packaging, and GTM enablement strategies align with business objectives and customer needs. The Offer Manager works closely with Product Management, Commercial Desk, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to deliver compelling offers that accelerate adoption and retention.

Scope

Serve as the primary owner for Blue Yonder's cross‑functional offer management process, which guides work such as ideation, business case authorship, roadmap creation, pricing & packaging and GTM enablement

Manage the full lifecycle of SaaS offers, from launch to retirement

Work with Product Management to ensure offers reflect roadmap priorities and feature sets

Work with Product Management and Pricing to develop pricing and packaging strategies for subscription and usage‑based models

Work with the Enablement teams to enable Sales and Marketing with clear messaging, tools, and training for SaaS offers

Be a principal point of contact for communication between Product Management and internal stakeholders

Primary Responsibilities

Working with Product Management, you will own, oversee and drive end‑to‑end solution go‑to‑market process for product and packaged services solutions

Maintain stakeholder groups and relationships with GTM organizations (Sales, Supply Chain Advisory, Marketing)

Own upsell and price hold strategy

Support Commercial Desk, Revenue Recognition and Royalty teams

Support Renewals in product lifecycle management

Coordinate internal communications and enablement working with the owners of those groups

Ensure appropriate stakeholders are looped into the new offer creation process at the right time

Validate that pricing constructs for all offers are consistent

Review Service Descriptions and provide feedback

Issue communications to the field informing of product changes

Communicate new offers and changes to GTM and internal teams and keep the enablement team informed to facilitate them building enablement programs

Prioritize existing product lines for pricing simplification

Work with Product Management to create, maintain and communicate product offer policies (e.g. migration paths, solution exchange program, etc.) to effect product strategy and for GTM and other teams and keep the enablement team informed to facilitate them building enablement programs

Required Experience

5+ years of proven experience in Offer Management

Experience in interacting with VPs and higher for collaboration and reporting purposes

Experience in playing a catalyst role in change management

Command of project/program management techniques and methods

Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams to deliver actionable results

Collaborative, but confident leader who can ensure support from a diverse set of contributors

Strong interpersonal, team and relationship building skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly presentation experience to senior levels of management

Ability to explain the business and technical value of a solution offering to technical and non-technical audiences

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to organize and prioritize work, work independently, produce deliverables, establish realistic goals and deadlines, and manage changing priorities

Prior supply chain related experiences

Bachelor's degree in business or engineering related field of study

The salary range information provided reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
