You’ve been working your way up in the restaurant world for awhile, and you may have a bit of college experience under your belt. Domino’s Pizza is the industry leader in pizza delivery, and we’re looking for a General Manager who will help us keep that reputation. In this role you’ll manage a fast‑paced environment, learn and grow, and enjoy the opportunity to advance within our global organization.
Responsibilities
Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during your shift.
Set a strong example for your crew; follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, scheduling, and adherence to store standards.
Provide great customer service and maintain store cleanliness.
Oversee marketing activities and overall profitability.
Ensure punctuality, attendance, and transportation to/from work for yourself and your crew.
Qualifications
Previous experience working your way up in the restaurant industry.
College education in hospitality, business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Demonstrated leadership, strong cost‑control, inventory, and cash‑handling skills.
Excellent customer‑service, communication, and organizational abilities.
