Director of Business Operations Hybrid in Framingham, MA
A community-focused organization in the healthcare services sector is seeking a Director of Business Operations to oversee daily business functions and support financial and billing processes. This role includes managing operational workflows, supervising staff, and ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day business operations and supervise team members
Manage billing processes, revenue cycle activities, and payroll functions
Prepare and review financial reports and analyze trends for leadership
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and support system enhancements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of relevant experience
Experience in medical or third-party billing and revenue cycle management
