Job Title: Technical Recruiter
Location: Westchester, IL
Schedule: Hybrid (3-4 days in office)
Experience Needed: At least 1 year in staffing recruitment
Compensation: $45K - $50K/year base salary + commissions + bonuses

Job Duties:
- Find, connect with, and engage top engineering and technical talent using job boards, social media, networking, and more.
- Screen and interview candidates, then match them with the right roles.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear, job-focused summaries
- Partner with leadership to execute full lifecycle recruitment.
- Meet or exceed your KPIs and drive results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 1 year of previous experience working as a recruiter.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat.
- Talent for building long-term relationships with candidates.
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly.
- Customer-facing experience is helpful!
