is now seeking a

Sales Director

to fulfill leasing and move-in goals, provide support to the sales and marketing team, and maintain a positive image of the community with referral sources, residents, and staff. We offer a Base Salary plus an excellent commission plan. Essential Functions

Schedule, organize, and conduct tours with prospective residents. Respond to and follow-up with all walk-ins, phone-ins, mail-ins timely and appropriately. Create, plan, and implement events to attract prospective residents such as seminars, speakers, themed events, and family nights. Develop and maintain good relationships with residents, families, and professional care providers. Maintain a working knowledge of all software programs. Participate in weekend call coverage as Manager on Duty. Manage move-ins and move-outs to maximize revenue. Value each inquiry. Work closely with the Executive Director and Regional Director of Sales on marketing plans and sales reports. Create and implement community outreach programs. Implement media and marketing strategies. Meet occupancy and budget expectations. Keep the Executive Director informed of sales activities daily. Maintain Hot Board/Move-in/Move-out Board. Ensure staff investigates all options before closing a lead. Understand senior needs and the aging process. Maintain an active, meaningful waitlist. Plan and execute monthly special events for prospects. Update competitive analysis quarterly. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements

At least 2 years of Senior Living Community Sales experience (sales, leasing, tours, etc.) required. Previous sales/admission experience in a Senior Living Community preferred. Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university is preferred. Highly proficient with computers and software programs, Yardi preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
