Position Highlights:Full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician role
OB optional choose your ideal scope of practice
Outpatient only , Monday Friday schedule (no inpatient duties)
Serve a diverse pediatric through geriatric patient population
Work alongside 2 physicians and 1 NP in a supportive, off-site practice
EPIC EMR system used for seamless charting
Opportunities for clinical teaching of Family Medicine residents
Participate in a community-centered, safety-net clinic
Base salary : $240,000 $260,000 + production incentives

Malpractice insurance provided with tail coverage

CME : 5 days + $3,000 annually
Paid Time Off : 27 days + 7 holidays
Additional $3,000/year for dues, journals, and memberships
Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency)
Active IN license (or willingness to obtain)
BLS & ACLS certified (or willing to obtain)
DEA certification (or willingness to obtain)
Experience treating all ages from peds to geriatrics
Fully COVID-vaccinated (per policy)
EPIC EMR experience highly preferred
