Primary Responsibilities
- Ensuring the resilience of IT systems and networks critical to Mission Partner's mission, while proactively addressing emerging cyber threats and vulnerabilities in the USINDOPACOM AOR.
- Monitoring and analyzing the security posture of networks, servers, endpoints, and other systems.
- Operational planning in support of training, exercises, operations and coordination of integrated cyber operations by targeting hostile adversary activities and capabilities.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, mission partners, and stakeholders to shape cybersecurity strategies, policies, and solutions that enhance Mission Partner's ability to operate securely in a dynamic and contested environment.
Basic Qualifications
- BS degree and 8 - 12 years of prior relevant experience
- Possess a TS/SCI clearance with access to SCI based on a SSBI.
- Demonstrated 'Advanced Technical Expertise' or certification in accordance with DoD 8140.03.
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of ten years of experience integrating DoD and Mission Partner cybersecurity policies into IT projects.
- A minimum of five years of experience in the RMF process.
- A minimum of five years of experience managing cybersecurity at the program level includes planning, directing, and coordinating cybersecurity requirements for network and systems administration.
- Demonstrated expertise in verbal and written communication, with the ability to effectively articulate cybersecurity requirements and concerns to senior leadership at the major command level and above.
