Role Overview Our technical team supports our customers' missions with innovative and transformative approaches across all technologies, including AI, GenAI, LLM, Compute, Storage, Database, Big Data, Application-level Services, Networking, Serverless, Deployment, Security, and more. This role offers the opportunity to serve as the principal technical advisor and 'voice of the customer' to organizations ranging from small biotech companies to large Fortune 500 pharmaceutical firms. Required Qualifications

Ability to travel 10% or more as needed Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related discipline, along with 5+ years of relevant work experience or 10+ years of related experience 7+ years of technical engineering experience Experience in Information Technology operations Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of the AI Architectural Framework pillars and ability to apply them effectively to customer architectures and solutions Experience as a technical lead in enterprise or customer-facing roles Strong communication skills, capable of presenting to executives and diverse audiences Experience in 24×7 operational services or support environments Experience with Cloud services and offerings Ability to apply technical and operational expertise to solve complex challenges Responsibilities

Provide consultative architectural and operational guidance to customers to maximize value from WriteMed.AI Conduct tailored engagements such as Strategic Business Reviews, Security Improvement Programs, Well-Architected reviews, and Cost Optimization workshops Advise on architecture, governance, security, operations, and cost management Represent WriteMed.AI within customer environments, engaging with senior leadership on incidents, trade-offs, support, and risk management Offer strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices, ensuring operational health and resilience of customer environments Develop strong relationships to understand customer needs and challenges, helping them derive maximum value from WriteMed.AI Benefits Our benefits support your personal and professional growth, including wellness programs, tuition reimbursement, expense reimbursement options (such as student loans, childcare, pet insurance), and more. Compensation The pay range for this position is $125,500 to $155,000, with potential variations based on skills, experience, and location. The role is eligible for short-term and long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
