About the Role
We are currently seeking a phlebotomist to work in a hospital setting. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and serve as the face of the company. You will also have opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.
Pay Range
Pay Range: $21.87 to $32.28 per hour plus 3rd shift differential.
Work Schedule
Schedule: Tuesday – Friday, 10:00 pm to 8:30 am (4x10).
Work Location
Location: 747 Broadway, B‑Floor, Seattle, WA 98122.

Job Responsibilities
Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
Enter patient information accurately and promptly.
Process billing information and collect payments when required.
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
Provide superior customer service to all patients.
Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
Travel to additional sites when needed.
Job Requirements
Must have a valid Washington‑issued Phlebotomy License or be in the process of obtaining one at hire.
Previous phlebotomy experience preferred.
Proven track record in exceptional customer service.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
Reliable transportation and a clean driving record (if applicable).
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test.
