Administrative Assistant We are currently seeking candidates for an Administrative Assistant opportunity with a boutique wealth management firm located in Newton, MA. The Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative support to the tax team throughout the tax filing season. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience within a professional services, accounting, or tax-focused environment. This is a 4‑month contract role paying between $25–$30/hour (depending on experience). This role is onsite, 5 days per week, with a start date of January 15, 2026. Responsibilities Receive, log, and organize incoming paper tax organizers and client documents. Accurately scan, label, and upload documents into the appropriate electronic filing systems. Enter and maintain up‑to‑date client information in the firm’s tax software. Coordinate with team members to ensure all files are complete and ready for review and processing. Print and distribute materials as needed to support the tax preparation workflow. Uphold strict confidentiality and data security for all client information. Qualifications 0–2 years of administrative experience required; background in accounting, tax, or professional services preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in scanning, printing, and basic computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook and Word. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and reliability in all interactions.
