VRF/Refrigeration Foreman – Boston, MA We are seeking an experienced VRF/Refrigeration Foreman comfortable on install jobs in the commercial construction space. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise crews installing VRF and ductless split systems on commercial projects Read and interpret mechanical drawings, piping schematics, and installation manuals Oversee layout, fabrication, and installation of refrigeration piping systems Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and manufacturer specifications Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades on site Train and mentor junior technicians and installers Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in refrigeration piping and VRF system installation Proven leadership experience as a foreman or lead installer Strong knowledge of Mitsubishi City Multi, Daikin, or similar VRF systems Ability to manage crews and coordinate complex projects Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills OSHA certification or other safety training preferred Valid driver’s license required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($45-$70 an hour) Company vehicle, gas card, and phone Health benefits, retirement plan, and paid time off Supportive team culture with room to grow Projects that challenge and reward your expertise Additional Details Base pay range: $45.00/hr - $70.00/hr Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Management Location: Boston, MA #J-18808-Ljbffr
