About The Data Analyst Role: As a Data Analyst, you will analyze data using statistical techniques, maintain databases, gather data from primary and secondary sources, and identify, analyze, and interpret trends. You will work in collaboration with team members and supervisors to: Map business requirements to functional and technical design. Analyze data structures and craft data models. Develop data transformation processes. Implement metrics and visualizations. Develop front‑end and user interface components. Convert business requirements into functional and technical designs. What We Look For Relevant bachelor’s degree (Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Business Technology, STEM, etc.). Strong passion for data and technology with an aspiration to work in management consulting. Demonstrated experience using SQL, Python or related languages. Some knowledge of BI technologies, data modeling, data management. 0 to 2 years of work/internship/academic experience in data analysis, data technology, business intelligence, or analytics. Experience with modern Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Management technologies. Outstanding oral and written communication skills. Ability to digest technical business information and present it with sensitivity to stakeholders. Ability to build strong relationships with internal team members and clients.
