Base pay range $175,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Semiconductor Manufacturing As Hardware Engineering Manager, you will be a hands‑on leader and technical contributor responsible for guiding a team of hardware engineers in the design, prototyping, and validation of digital instrumentation hardware. You’ll oversee the end‑to‑end development of PCBs and PCBA assemblies, from concept through production, collaborating closely with firmware, software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to ensure high‑quality, reliable test and measurement instruments. You will set technical direction, manage project schedules and resources, drive design‑for‑test and manufacturability, and champion process improvements that enhance product quality and engineering efficiency. In addition to people leadership, you’ll actively contribute to system‑level decisions, perform hands‑on design reviews when needed, mentor engineers, and communicate status, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior leadership.
