What You’ll Do As the Manager of Hardware Engineering – NPI , you will lead and expand a team responsible for the design validation, integration, and deployment of new hardware systems at scale. Your team will bridge the gap between hardware design, manufacturing, and large‑scale deployment — ensuring new technologies are introduced efficiently, validated rigorously, and delivered reliably. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams , including Supply Chain, Operations, Data Center, and Systems Engineering , to define technical requirements, optimize performance, and establish scalable processes for hardware deployment. About the Role Team Leadership & Growth Build and lead a world‑class multidisciplinary NPI team (mechanical, thermal, electrical, and power engineers). Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Develop measurable goals for the team and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Program & Process Ownership Oversee the full NPI lifecycle: from early design validation and prototyping through volume ramp and production handoff. Define and refine processes for hardware bring‑up, integration, testing, and deployment. Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks to accelerate time‑to‑deploy for new hardware programs.
