Core Technical Background Candidates should have hands‑on experience writing software that interacts directly with physical systems or electronic components. Examples may include working with: Embedded platforms, real‑time controllers, or microcontroller‑based systems Reconfigurable logic devices (e.g., FPGA‑class hardware) or other programmable digital logic Laboratory instrumentation or automated test setups (such as scopes, data‑acquisition tools, waveform generators, imaging devices, motion hardware, etc.) Software Skills Strong proficiency in Python combined with experience in at least one low‑level or systems‑oriented language (such as C, C++, or Rust). Demonstrated skill in defining clean, reliable interfaces across multiple layers of a hardware–software stack, with an emphasis on clarity, robustness, and maintainability.
