In this hybrid role, you will be based in Mountain View, CA and report into our Head of University Recruiting, Internal Mobility, and Talent Brand.
You will:
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for university candidates, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for internship and full time positions
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective university recruiting strategies
Plan and execute on-campus events, career fairs, and information sessions
Drive a seamless and integrated experience for university talent, from their initial contact with the company as a candidate to their successful participation in the intern program
Serve as a consistent point of contact for interns throughout their program, providing guidance and support as well as supporting intern performance management
Organize and execute intern social and developmental events, workshops, and networking opportunities
You have:
4+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience, including innovative and proactive sourcing strategies
Ability to travel up to 20% to college campuses for various recruiting events and intern events
Experience working directly with senior leadership
Experience planning and executing recruiting and networking events
