Summary The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the HR team, ensuring efficient HR processes and an excellent employee experience. This role handles day‑to‑day HR tasks such as onboarding, employee changes, HR documentation, and data management while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Duties And Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up to date employee records in HRIS and shared system Assist with new hire onboarding, including documentation, background checks, and drug screenings Ensure proper filing of HR documents and compliance with state and federal regulations Support audits, reporting, and compliance‑related activities Process department invoices in a timely manner. Track employee engagement initiates, surveys, events, and communications Complete Verifications of Employment Triage HR Inbox messages Contribute to HR process improvement and special projects. Collaborate across HR functions (e.g, benefits, performance management, training) Actively participate in staff meetings and trainings as needed.
