Base Pay Range $30.00/hr - $37.00/hr About the Company & Role Our client, a leading global media and entertainment organization, is seeking a highly professional and exceptionally organized Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Content. This is a critical temporary role (approximately 12 months) providing executive-level administrative support across a dynamic, fast‑paced, and highly visible division. The VP oversees content across all mediums and manages teams globally. The ideal candidate brings proven experience supporting senior executives within media, creative, or digital environments and thrives in a high‑volume, ever-changing environment. Responsibilities Provide dedicated executive support to the EVP, including complex calendar and diary management across multiple time zones—particularly the US and Europe. Serve as a calm, reliable, and trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate and schedule meetings, briefings, and executive engagements. Manage international and domestic travel, itineraries, and expense reporting (Concur). Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and communications. Liaise with C‑Suite offices and senior leadership; maintain the highest level of discretion. Track, reconcile, and support departmental budget and administrative processes. Partner closely with teams across multiple offices and production hubs. Anticipate needs and stay ahead of shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant within a media, creative, digital, or similar fast‑paced organization. Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives and liaising with C‑Suite and other EAs. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and Concur (travel & expenses). Background working in environments with high volume, ever‑changing priorities, and complex stakeholder management. Required Skills Impeccable organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a complex calendar. Calm, composed, unflappable demeanor—able to smooth complexities with professionalism. A considerate, polished presence; the EVP interacts with numerous stakeholders, and trust is essential. Ability to support a busy executive with frequent trans‑Atlantic travel and rapid schedule changes.
