Executive Assistant Base pay range: $95,000.00/yr – $110,000.00/yr Hybrid full‑time role in Seattle, WA. Responsibilities Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, anticipate conflicts. Provide administrative support to the investment team and onsite meetings. Coordinate domestic and international travel, including private flights. Plan and execute onsite meetings and events: meals, logistics, materials. Prepare monthly credit card reconciliations and accurate expense reports. Handle office tasks: copying, scanning, signatures, document organization. Support extended investment team and affiliate groups with travel and administrative needs. Serve as backup support for additional Investment Professionals as required. Office & Event Support Lead or assist in planning internal and external events from concept through completion. Provide limited admin assistance to portfolio companies when needed. Participate in additional projects based on business needs and candidate interest. Qualifications & Skills 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting multiple C‑level executives; private equity or financial services experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; equivalent experience considered. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
