Base pay range
$130,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr
Our client a wealth management firm located in McLean, VA is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office and will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO.

Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO
Location: McLean, VA – 5 days in the office
Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling correspondence and facilitating communication on behalf of the CEO.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings, ensuring timely completion.
Project Management: Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis as directed by the CEO, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information and business matters.
Office Management: Oversee the organization of the executive office, including maintaining files, organizing documents, and ensuring a productive work environment.
Event Planning: Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and special events, ensuring a professional and seamless experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C‑suite executives, preferably within the financial services or wealth management industry.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Ability to handle multiple priorities with a calm and positive demeanor.
Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable.
High level of professionalism and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
