Benefits NextDeavor offers health, vision, and dental benefits for contract employees Paid sick leave eligibility contingent on state of residence Opportunity to transition to extended or permanent full‑time employment Key Player as an Executive Assistant As an Executive Assistant, you will support two Senior Directors and the Chief of Staff to the SVP within Adobe Experience Platform, partnering closely with Lead Executive Assistants. You’ll set the tone for the organization, protect executive time, and create a welcoming, efficient environment for the San Jose site. Responsibilities Serve as a highly visible ambassador for the Adobe Experience Platform team and the Adobe San Jose site. Maintain the executive’s image; speak on their behalf and represent them across multiple issues. Keep executives and teams informed of organizational issues, potential concerns, and conflicts. Plan and support team events, morale initiatives, and candidate visits in collaboration with other EAs. Own heavy calendar and time management; coordinate complex meetings and busy schedules with internal and external stakeholders. Arrange and coordinate business travel, onsite/offsite events, and meetings; adapt quickly to changes. Prepare agendas and presentations; provide logistical and clerical support to executives and their teams. Track and report on department initiatives and budgets; create and submit purchase orders and expense reports. Qualifications Proven ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment supporting executives at prominent levels. Flexibility and resilience in an evolving, rapidly expanding organization; ability to adapt to shifting priorities. Skill in learning executive preferences, anticipating needs, and staying steps ahead. Professionalism and ability to create positive interactions with customers and staff at all levels. Discretion and confidentiality; ability to establish trust. Exceptional organization and attention to detail; proactive, resourceful, and efficient. Ability to handle high‑pressure requests, frequent interruptions, and changing priorities while delivering results. Experience in project management across multiple tasks, timelines, and deadlines. Expert‑level written and verbal communication; strong judgment and decision‑making. Ability to analyze, synthesize, and summarize information; create reports, spreadsheets, and presentations; propose improvements. Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Slack. Education: High School Graduate. Additional desired skills Positive, can‑do attitude; team player with no ego. Clear, concise communication style. Ability to thrive amid change and uncertainty. Exceptional multi‑tasking and prioritization under critical deadlines with little direction.
