Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Accounting Operations Oversee and manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP. Maintain the general ledger and ensure the accuracy of all financial data. Manage reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and supporting schedules. Leadership & Team Management Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals. Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. Process Improvement & Systems Management Drive process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and strengthen control environments. Support financial technology systems implementation and enhancement efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance reporting capabilities. What You Need Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3-8+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong knowledge of US GAAP. Preferred Certified Public Accountant (CPA) strongly preferred. Proven leadership experience and ability to manage a team.
