Experience and Skills: 0‑2 years manufacturing engineering experience; internship/co‑op for new graduates Yield improvement and/or process optimization projects Root cause investigation tools Process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies Data‑driven problem‑solving Effective communication and teamwork skills Preferred: Medical device or regulated industry experience Introduction of new products to production or scale‑up experience Compensation and Benefits Base pay range: $65,000.00 - $104,650.00. Eligible for annual performance bonus and long‑term incentive program.
