Practice Overview: Currently 2 physicians and 3 APPs Two dedicated OR days High-volume surgical practice with a variety of cases Brand new clinic with 13 exam rooms and large procedure rooms New outpatient surgery center Call 1:5 (no facial trauma required) Recruitment Package: $650,000 + wRVUS $200,000 retention bonus (for 4 years) Relocation allowance Health/Dental/Vision/Life/Disability insurance Generous vacation and other time off benefits 401k and 457b retirement plans Paid malpractice w/tail coverage CME allowance/time off Paid licensure and professional memberships About Bismarck, North Dakota As the capital city of North Dakota, Bismarck is truly one of a kind.
