About the Position: See adult patients from the local homeless shelter in a newly remodeled clinic Innovative FQHC with eight primary care clinics and 100 Clinicians All clinics are Patient-Centered Medical Homes Fully integrated EMR Full or part-time Compensation/Benefits Base salary plus incentives Relocation assistance available Benefits include employer-matched retirement, flexible paid time off, CME, state loan repayment, malpractice insurance, and tail coverage Community/Location xsgimln
