Medium is hiring: Warehouse Representative in Laguna Niguel

About the Position

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Representative to join our Parts Department at our automotive dealership. This role is essential to ensuring efficient parts flow, accurate inventory, and excellent internal and external customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments
• Pull parts accurately for service technicians and wholesale accounts
• Assist in maintaining an orderly and clean warehouse environment
• Deliver parts to internal departments and local customers as needed
• Conduct cycle counts and support overall inventory accuracy
• Load and unload parts using proper safety procedures
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all parts movement
• Assist with parts returns, cores, and warranty processing when needed
• Provide excellent support to the service and parts teams

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, automotive, or parts department experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
