Part-time schedule with stability and flexibility What You'll Do: Oversee accounting operations and reporting systems Deliver monthly financials and actionable insights Manage budgets, forecasts, and grant accounting Coordinate audits and payroll Drive process improvements and internal controls What You Bring: 5-7 years of accounting experience (nonprofit a plus) Degree in accounting, finance, or business (CPA bonus points) Detail-driven, organized, and a natural problem solver Supervisory experience and tech-savvy with accounting software
