Job Description - Overview

New opportunity available for a Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Manager position is one of hourly store management. Stores are open Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and we are closed on Sunday.

Responsibilities

  • Perform duties as front‑end manager
  • Assist customers with returns
  • Manage registers
  • Assist customers as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service

Starting part‑time range – $16.50 – $17.50 per hour.
