Asset Retention Specialist
to join our team. This role is critical in helping participants make informed decisions about their retirement assets and ensuring long-term financial confidence. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted advisor to participants, providing consultative guidance on retirement options and asset retention strategies. Build strong relationships through clear, confident communication that instills trust and understanding. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Analyze participant needs and recommend tailored solutions to support financial goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree
required. Minimum 3 years of experience
in retirement, financial services, or employee benefits. Strong consultative skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
