Location: Aventura
Schedule: Monday-Friday in office (9-6pm)
Salary: $90,000-$110,000

Reconciliations: balance sheet and bank accounts for each property AP and AR Monthly close procedures General ledger posting Accruals Supports month end, and year end close processes Provides necessary support to external auditors, lenders, or investors Provide administrative support as needed, including organizing documents, filing, and other office tasks. What is needed in the Senior Accountant? Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 2-6 years' full cycle accounting experience REQUIRED Corporate Accounting experience preferred
