• Base Salary: $260,000 $325,000 annually

We are looking for an OB/GYN who is confident in both clinical and surgical aspects of women s healthcare. Ideal candidates will be team-oriented, patient-focused, and eager to form long-term relationships with patients. Whether you're an experienced physician or in the early stages of your post-residency career, we invite candidates ready to contribute meaningfully and grow with us.

• Provide comprehensive prenatal, labor and delivery, and postpartum care
• Perform gynecologic surgeries, including laparoscopic and minimally invasive procedures
• Manage a full spectrum of women s health conditions across the lifespan
• Conduct annual exams, contraceptive counseling, and menopause management
• Collaborate with mid-level providers, nurses, and specialists across multiple disciplines
• Participate in the shared call rotation and provide hospital coverage as scheduled
• Maintain accurate, thorough documentation using electronic medical records (EMR)
• Stay engaged with ongoing clinical education and best practices

• Full-spectrum OB/GYN role with both outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital responsibilities
• Balanced mix of OB and GYN patients for both physicians and CNMs
• On-call schedule typically ranges from 3 6 shifts per month , depending on branch location
• Steady patient volume supported by an established and reliable referral base
• Flexibility in scheduling to support work-life balance and individual professional goals
• Opportunities to develop subspecialty interests, including minimally invasive gynecologic surgery

• Strong clinical and administrative infrastructure to optimize efficiency, patient care, and provider satisfaction

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Completion of a U.S.-based, ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency (excluding Puerto Rico)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Arizona
