Compensation & Benefits- Base Salary: $260,000 $325,000 annually

We are looking for an OB/GYN who is confident in both clinical and surgical aspects of women s healthcare. Ideal candidates will be team-oriented, patient-focused, and eager to form long-term relationships with patients. Primary Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive prenatal, labor and delivery, and postpartum care
- Perform gynecologic surgeries, including laparoscopic and minimally invasive procedures
- Manage a full spectrum of women s health conditions across the lifespan
- Conduct annual exams, contraceptive counseling, and menopause management
- Collaborate with mid-level providers, nurses, and specialists across multiple disciplines
- Participate in the shared call rotation and provide hospital coverage as scheduled
- Maintain accurate, thorough documentation using electronic medical records (EMR)
- Stay engaged with ongoing clinical education and best practices

- On-call schedule typically ranges from 3 6 shifts per month , depending on branch location

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Completion of a U.S.-based, ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency (excluding Puerto Rico)
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Arizona
