Salary:
$135,000-$165,000 + 20% Bonus Location:

As a Finance Manager, you'll lead corporate FP&A processes, provide actionable insights to leadership, and shape the organization's financial strategy. Why You'll Love This Role: • Competitive salary up to $160K plus a 20% performance-based bonus • Lead and define the forecasting process for a growing organization • High-visibility role partnering with finance, operations, and corporate functions • Opportunity to build and optimize reporting and consolidation processes • Collaborative culture that values data-driven insights and financial leadership • Hybrid work model offering flexibility while maintaining close collaboration with the team What You'll Do: • Own and execute quarterly forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reporting cycles • Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to guide decisions • Partner with corporate functions to provide financial insight and business recommendations • Standardize reporting and enhance processes through ERP and data visualization tools • Prepare executive and board-level reporting packages highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities • Mentor and develop direct report(s) to strengthen the FP&A team What You Bring: • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus) • 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including full ownership of forecasting and reporting processes • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion, Hyperion, OneStream, or similar ERP/EPM systems • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI or other reporting/visualization tools
