Role Requirements for a Customer Experience Associate

Identify customer needs by recommending smartphones, accessories, and service plans that align with lifestyle and budget. Handle activations and upgrades by confirming eligibility, preparing documentation, and ensuring devices are set up accurately. Resolve service issues by troubleshooting connectivity concerns, clarifying product features, and escalating advanced cases to technical support. Maintain CRM records with precise documentation of customer preferences, service milestones, and feedback to support retention and compliance. Coordinate with retail teams to align messaging, address service challenges, and uphold consistent delivery standards. Assist promotional initiatives by organizing product displays, supporting launch events, and contributing to campaigns that build visibility and trust.
