We’re hiring a
School-Based Occupational Therapist
to support students across elementary, middle, and/or high school sites in the
Surprise, AZ
area. If you're passionate about helping students access their education and build essential skills, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Provide
school-based OT services
to students with fine motor, sensory, and functional needs Conduct evaluations, complete assessments, and write clear, goal-driven reports Develop IEP goals and participate in IEP meetings as part of a multidisciplinary team Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to support student success Deliver direct therapy, consult with staff, and provide classroom strategies Maintain timely documentation that aligns with district and state guidelines Support students with access, participation, handwriting, sensory regulation, and life skills Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Therapy Arizona OT License
(active or eligible) AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
