Key Responsibilities (Recruiter): Manage full-cycle recruiting for Class A CDL drivers, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating onboarding. Utilize Tenstreet ATS daily to manage candidate flow, verify compliance documentation, and ensure timely processing. Build and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, referrals, networking, and industry-specific platforms.
Qualifications (Recruiter): 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume roles. Experience recruiting Class A CDL drivers REQUIRED.
