Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 base

Key Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant: Reconcile bank accounts, monitor cash activity, and resolve discrepancies for multiple units. Oversee job cost accounting, including tracking expenses, allocating costs, and analyzing margins for multiple locations. Perform inventory accounting, including reconciliation, cost reviews, and variance analysis. Manage lease accounting tasks, including classification, amortization schedules, and compliance with ASC 842. Prepare and post journal entries and maintain balance sheet reconciliations using Blackline. Participate in month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Support external audits and provide schedules and documentation as requested. Qualifications of the Staff Accountant: Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA or advanced degree preferred. 3-5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in multi-unit operations. Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations, accruals, lease accounting, job costing, and inventory accounting. Experience with Blackline and Microsoft Dynamics GP preferred. Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas.
