Utility and Right-of-Way (ROW) Construction Manager

The Role:
Manage and track the progress of Fiber Optic Network Construction projects in the field (Farmington, NM, San Juan County).
This is a hybrid role requiring administrative tasks and full-time M-F 'boots on the ground' presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for and manage relationships with County, City, and Pole Utility Owners (crucial for permitting and access).
Coordinate and track job progress, acting as the main Construction Project Manager.
Handle some administrative project support duties.
Required Skills: Highly proficient in communications related to telecommunications infrastructure builds (primarily Fiber, but Coaxial experience is also valuable). Must be able to work full-time in the Farmington, NM area. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with project scheduling software like P2 (e.g., Primavera P6). Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
