Responsibilities of Interim CFO Maintain financial workflow during leadership transition and ensure effective knowledge transfer and process communication Oversee cash management, daily financial operations, and work closely with the accounting team to ensure timely processing of expenses and transactions. Support month-end close, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Partner with executive leadership to assess financial standing, spending, projections, and budget progress. Engage with the board and board committees for financial communication and reporting. Offer insights into business office structure and operational efficiency-healthcare experience strongly preferred. What We Need Proven CFO-level or senior financial leadership experience, including board-level communication. Strong interpersonal skills-professional, approachable, patient, and adaptable to a dynamic environment. Advanced Excel proficiency is essential. Healthcare strongly preferred, particularly in lean operational structures. Strategic thinker with the ability to be highly hands-on. Tech-savvy and comfortable with multiple financial systems.
