Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs.

Position Summary A-Line Staffing is hiring a

Pharmacy Clerk

to support a high-volume automated refill center. Working under the supervision of a Pharmacist, this role focuses on accurate prescription filling, packaging, sorting, and distribution in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates must maintain exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong ability to follow SOPs in a repetitive workflow setting.

Job Responsibilities

Prescription Processing & Production Manually fill prescription vials with correct tablets/capsules.

Process Unit of Use and Bulk products accurately.

Read computer-generated screens to verify medication, size, and strength before filling.

Replenish automated cells to full capacity; open bottles/cases of product.

Use handheld scanners to process and track inventory.

Perform packing, folding paperwork, and preparing orders for shipment.

Operational Excellence Maintain continuous workflow to meet daily production goals.

Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and escalate issues appropriately.

Maintain focus during repetitive tasks with 100% accuracy expectations.

Keep pharmacy floor organized and clean.

Adhere strictly to HIPAA, safety standards, and company SOPs.

Support general housekeeping and other assigned duties.

Minimum Qualifications High school diploma/GED required.

Ability to lift and carry 20–30 lbs consistently.

Standing/walking for entire shift (8+ hours).

Must be able to bend, twist, reach, grasp, and pinch throughout shift.

Basic math, reading, and writing skills.

Visual acuity to read labels, scanners, and computer screens.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience in pharmacy operations or warehouse environments.

Good computer skills; comfortable using scanners and software.

Strong customer service and interpersonal communication.

Excellent attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.

Pharmacy Technician degree helpful (not required).

Positive attitude and ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.

Climate-controlled work environment.
