Maintain accurate purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods. Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, and lead times. Monitor inventory levels and help prevent stock shortages. Collaborate with internal teams to meet production and project timelines. Support cost-saving initiatives and vendor relationship management. Preferred Qualifications of the Entry Level Purchasing Specialist: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply). Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and adapt
