Key Responsibilities: • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processing • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations • Maintain general ledger accuracy and assist with journal entries • Prepare invoices and ensure timely collection of payments • Assist with month-end close and financial reporting tasks • Maintain organized and detailed financial files and records • Provide support to the Accounting Manager and leadership team as needed Qualifications: • 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience • Strong understanding of AP, AR, and reconciliations • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
