is seeking a
Controller
to lead accounting operations and provide financial insight to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate brings a blend of
public and private accounting experience , strong analytical skills, and a hands-on approach to managing financial processes. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full
month-end close process , ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all financial statements and reports.
Lead
financial reporting, budgeting, and data analysis
to support leadership in strategic planning and operational decisions.
Drive
process improvements
and enhance internal controls for greater efficiency and accuracy.
Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership to ensure clear communication and data-driven decisions.
Play a key role in
ERP/software implementation , ensuring seamless integration and accuracy of financial data.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree
in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred).
Minimum of
5 years of progressive accounting experience
with exposure to both public and private sectors.
Proven experience in
software or ERP implementation .
Strong technical proficiency in
Excel
and financial systems.
Excellent
communication, leadership, and collaboration
skills.
